Update on ip laws and Federal funding regulations for ai-enabled inventions

This in-person event, held on Thursday, Sept. 25 at Noon in the Oakview Room in the 91ÊÓÆµResearch Park, starts with a presentation on current laws surrounding AI techs and then provides an opportunity for one-on-one Q&As with the Husch Blackwell team. Meet and speak with the IP law firms that are working to protect and further technologies. Lunch will be provided.

Florida Undergrad Research Posters at the Capitol

in downtown Tallahassee will be held next during the legislative session of 2026! Florida Undergraduate Research Posters at the Capitol is an opportunity for four students from each FURA Institutional Member to share their dynamic and engaging undergraduate research and connect with Florida representatives. Students learn more about the political process and how to advocate for undergraduate research at the local and state governmental level.
