  • The registration fee is $500.
  • The registration fee covers all conference fees, including meeting sessions and meals.
  • The registration fee does not cover travel, hotel, or other incidentals.
  • Participants are responsible for reserving your own hotel room and for arranging transportation to and from the airport.
  • Cancellations prior to February 2, 2026 will be refunded minus service fees.
  • Registration is restricted to arts and sciences deans from AAU Member Institutions.
