We have arranged two hotel options for your stay during the conference. Please see details below to choose the one that best suits your travel plans:

Preferred Hotel – On-Site

This is our preferred hotel, conveniently located on-site at the University of South Florida. Staying here allows for easy access to the event location and is ideal for guests who want the convenience of walking to and from the conference sessions.

Alternate Option – Near the Airport

For those planning to stay in Tampa beyond the conference dates or who prefer to be closer to the airport, the Grand Hyatt is a comfortable and well-appointed alternative. Located near Tampa International Airport, it offers ease of travel for early flights or extended stays.

Getting Around Tampa

We recommend using Uber as the most convenient and reliable form of transportation during your stay. It’s ideal for getting to and from the airport, your hotel, or around the city—especially if you prefer not to rent a car.

However, if you would like to rent a vehicle or need one during your visit, Tampa International Airport offers a variety of rental car options on-site. You can explore rental providers and book directly through the airport’s website: tampaairport.com.

** If you choose to rent a car, please let us know so we can arrange a parking pass for you.

A quick note: Our conference venue is within walking distance of the hotel (directly across the parking lot), and transportation to the Friday dinner will be provided.  

Meeting Parking

If you are driving and need to park at the conference venue, we suggest parking at the hotel.
