Our events open the doors of 91ÊÓÆµto the community, inviting families and young learners to experience hands-on activities, cultural programs, and joyful moments of connection on campus.

91ÊÓÆµYouth Experiences creates and supports programs that connect young learners and families with the University of 91ÊÓÆµ. Through cultural festivals, school partnerships, and family-friendly events, we invite the Tampa Bay community to discover all that 91ÊÓÆµhas to offer.

What’s Happening Now

The University of 91ÊÓÆµ, the City of St. Petersburg, Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, and other community partners invite families to USF’s St. Petersburg campus on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 5 to 7:30 PM for Halloween fun. The event will feature tent/trunk or treating, kids’ activities, a haunted house, and other spooky surprises.

91ÊÓÆµproudly participates in the Great American Teach-In, giving our faculty and staff the opportunity to connect with local schools and share insights about their professions and experiences at USF. This year’s event will take place on either November 12 or November 20, depending on the school district.

Bulls Family Fest at USF

The Bulls Family Fest is an annual celebration where families and the public can immerse themselves in the diverse offerings of colleges, departments, and student organizations from the University of 91ÊÓÆµ. We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s Bulls Family Fest is happening on Saturday, March 7th, at the 91ÊÓÆµTampa Campus! Mark your calendars for a fun-filled day celebrating our Bull pride!

Gael Scoil USF

91ÊÓÆµCelebrates Irish Heritage

Gael Scoil 91ÊÓÆµis a half-day educational and cultural experience designed for grade school-aged children to explore Irish heritage through hands-on sessions. Facilitated by members of the 91ÊÓÆµIrish Culture and Language Club, 91ÊÓÆµfaculty, and community members, the event covers topics such as Irish food, crafts, literature, history, language, music, dance, and sports.

Science Comes Alive at 91ÊÓÆµSt. Pete

The St. Petersburg Science Festival is an annual regional celebration where families and the public can explore the wonders of hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM). The Festival is located each year at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus and Poytner Park – along the waterfront.
