The Healthcare Compliance Officer reports directly to the 91视频Chief Compliance Officer with an accountable report to the Senior Vice President, 91视频Health.  

The Healthcare Compliance Officer provides regular reports of program activity and identified risks to the UMSA Independent Audit Committee, a sub-committee of the UMSA Boards of Directors.  Additionally, as a component of the 91视频compliance program within the 91视频Office of Compliance & Ethics, the 91视频Board of Trustees Audit & Compliance Committee is kept apprised of program effectiveness and identified risks.
