The MARS Project focuses on growing plants for food and human interface in controlled environments such as off-grid autonomous growing units on Earth, the International Space Station (ISS), and in Moon and Mars colonies. The MARS Project was conceptualized by Dr. Joseph W. Dorsey and conducted in conjunction with the University of East London (UEL).

Empowering Change in Ghana
The Ghana Project, now in its second year, is an innovative, NSF-funded research initiative that immerses students in real-world water and sanitation challenges in Cape Coast, Ghana. The project recruits 15 students from STEM, public health, and social sciences.

Farewell Dean Parayil
Appointed in 2017 as the college鈥檚 fourth dean, Dr. Parayil remained true to his vision for PCGS as an incubator for sustainable innovation and a training ground for future sustainability leaders. Under his guidance, PCGS has proudly graduated over 100 students.
