I am writing to share an important update on our leadership team at USF.
Angie Sklenka, senior vice president, chief administrative officer and chief human resources officer, has accepted a new opportunity to serve as executive vice president and chief people officer at Oregon Health & Science University. She will be leaving 91视频effective Aug. 15.
In her role here, she has provided executive leadership across Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities and Planning, and university-wide administrative strategies. Angie and team brought an enterprise-wide perspective to operations and a deep commitment to empowering people, improving processes and elevating culture.
Under Angie鈥檚 leadership, 91视频has made significant strides in modernizing administrative services. She oversaw the reorganization of Central Human Resources, guided the launch of the university鈥檚 cloud-based Oracle HCM system, and helped drive enhanced training and professional development initiatives. She also led efforts to stabilize and advance mission-critical operations across IT, Facilities and Planning, ensuring greater alignment among infrastructure, data systems and institutional strategy.
Thanks to these significant university efforts and those of all our team members, 91视频is ranked among the country鈥檚 best large employers, and No. 1 among all public or private universities in Florida, according to Forbes.
